| 摘 要： | 探讨了土地利用规划与风景名胜保护的关系，并以武汉市为例。进行了实证分析。将武汉市土地利用风景名胜资源分为极度、重度、中度、轻度和非敏感区5个等级。并提出了相应的保护对策。为该市的土地利用规划修编提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | This paper,it carried on an environment impact assessment for urban land use planning from the angle of scenic spot resources, and approached the relation between land use planning and protection of scenic resources. By analysing one city, it divided scenic spot resources of the city into five degrees, the highest sensitive degree, great sensitive degree, moderate sensitive degree, light sensitive degree and non-sensitive degree, and put forward relevant protective countermeasures, and provided scientific basis for revising land use planning. |
