摘    要:就废铅蓄电池的回收利用 ,提出一种用废铅蓄电池生产再生铅 ,同时生产黄丹红丹的湿法—火法联合冶金工艺 ,此工艺中加入氧化剂 ,反应效率高。同时降低了原料消耗 ,产品优质稳定 ,大大减轻了劳动强度 ,除尘效果好。红丹连续氧化炉及整个生产红丹的其它操作装置全部密封 ,减小了环境污染 ,既节约能源 ,又经济可靠。

Abstract:Research on the new process of recovery of lead and producing yellow lead or red lead by recycling waste lead acid battery was proposed in the paper,which can have higher reaction efficiency with some oxidant.Meanwhile,the process needs low consumption of raw malerials,stable products and good quality,low force of labor,good effectiveness of dust removal.Red lead continuous calcar and other equipments are airtight in order to lighten the hazard of environmental pollution,which can save energy and lower cost.
