| Abstract: | According to the case of the agricultural development and utilization,this paper adopted the cluster analysis and the comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy method,taking town as the basic unit, to divided every vallage into several groups.Then,the charecteristics of every groups were found to draw up the plan of development and utilization. |
