| 摘 要： | 系统分析了温室气体排放总量计算中存在的不确定性，阐述了这些不确定性对未来清洁发展机制合作的影响指出CO2应该是未来清洁发展机制合作减排的主要温室气体，这也符合中国的能源利用特点。
