| 摘 要： | 金属资源再生产业是发展循环经济的核心内涵,被理论界誉为静脉产业。经过30多年的发展,台州金属拆解业把曾经的资源劣势转变成优势,成为"中国再生金属之都"。但伴随规模的扩张,也面临产业升级和产业链延伸的双重挑战。回顾产业发展历程,寻找集聚形成的偶然性和必然性的交集,提出不是简单照抄区域产业发展模式,而是通过分析研究金属资源再生产业链,为推进产业的可持续发展提供政策建议。
