摘    要:研究了铁粉和磁粉为流化床载体,对模拟染料废水和实际染料废水进行处理,取得了不同实验条件下染料废水的脱色效果。结果表明,经铁粉处理30min后,其色度去除率达98%左右,实际染料废水的CODcr去除率为56%左右;经磁粉处理30min后,其色度去除率为95%左右,实际染料废水的CODcr去除率为34%。

Abstract:Effects of treating the synthetic dyeing wastewater and the actual dyeing wastewater in a fluidized bed reactor with fine ferro-particles and magnetic particles have been studied under different experimental conditions. The results showed that the mechanism of wastewater decolorization was based on the reduction effect, destroying the chro-mophoric bonds in dyes. After 30 minutes reaction, the decoloring efficiency of the synthetic dyeing wastewater and the CODCr removal efficiency of the actual dyeing wastewater with ferro-particles were about 98% and 56% respectively; while those were about 95% and 34% with magnetic particles.
