摘    要:为解决传统细粒尾矿上游式筑坝方法面临的坝基承载力不足、排渗加固滞后、防洪超高不足等难题,以满足企业大规模生产时快速筑坝的实际需求,通过开展细粒尾矿软滩模袋法堆坝工艺、尾矿库快速堆坝工业示范、坝体稳定性评估等研究,提出集尾矿模袋法强基、宽顶子坝增稳、坝基协同排渗为一体的细粒尾矿快速筑坝新技术及配套施工工艺.结果表明:经过...

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of insufficient bearing capacity of dam foundation,delayed seepage drainage reinforcement,and insufficient flood control super-elevation faced by the traditional upstream dam construction methods of fine-grained tailings,so as to meet the actual demand of rapid dam construction in large-scale production of enterprises,through conducting the research on the technology of tailings damming with geofabriform method on fine-grained tailings soft beach,the industrial demonstration of rapid tailings dam construction,the dam stability assessment,etc.,a new technology and supporting construction technologies for rapid dam construction of fine-grained tailings were put forward,which integrated the foundation strengthening of tailings geofabriform method,the stability enhancement of wide-crest dam and the coordinated seepage drainage of dam foundation.The results showed that after the engineering practice,the maximum annual dam construction height of 30 m was successfully achieved,and the stability of dam body met the requirements of specification through the results of engineering investigation and numerical analysis.It can provide technical support for the dam construction of fine-grained tailings.
