天然沸石处理富营养化水的生物基作用研究

摘    要:采用实验室模拟封闭池塘水体的方法研究了天然沸石处理富营养化水的机理与方法,采用电镜等手段观察和研究了沸石生物膜的形态。结果表明,天然沸石是一种良好的生物基材料,具备生物膜功能的沸石对富营养化池塘水中的NH3-N和COD能保持长效和稳定的去除作用,两者的去除率分别为85%~88%和64%~73%。对磷的去除以吸附为主,去除率可达27%,吸附饱和后沸石失去除磷效果。天然沸石的吸附、离子交换和生物作用,能形成一个完整和谐的吸收消化系统,使天然沸石始终处于吸附未饱和状态,是沸石去除NH3-N和COD的重要机理。天然沸石来源广泛,价格不高,在富营养化池塘水净化中,具有效果持久、无二次污染和不影响水体景观的特点,在提高和改善水质的同时,对增强水生态系统的自净能力有利,是一种安全和纯生态的处理方法。

Abstract:The mechanism of nature zeolite in treating eutrophication water has been investigated by lab simulation to a close water system and the form of the biomembrane on the natural zeolite has been observed by electron microscope. It has been made clear that natural zeolite is a good biomembrane and biological carrier, it can keep a long function on removing COD and the ammonia nitrogen in treating eutrophication water.The removal rates of the ammonia nitrogen and COD were 85% to 88% and 64% to 73% respectively. And it has been found that the natural zeolite could not keep long function on removing phosphor, the removal rate of phosphor was up to 27% at the first days of test and then lost down when the zeolite was filled up. It is infered that removing phosphor by natural zeolite is only under its adorption, but removing NH3-N and COD is upon its capability of adsorption, ionic exchange and biological attachmet, because the special capability a harmony and complete system of adsorption-digestion can be formed in nature zeolite-eutrophication water system, so that the zeolite can always be unsaturated and that is why it can keep the long time removing NH3-N and COD function.
