城市饮用水安全及对策研究——以青岛市崂山区为例

以青岛市崂山区为例,重点分析和研究城市水源污染、水厂工艺、管网二次污染及城市供水管网不完善等几个因素对城市供水安全的影响;针对供水安全问题提出了保障城市饮用水水质安全的对策和技术措施;同时建立了预警信息系统和应急预案,为解决不同城市不同区域饮用水安全问题和完善城市供水系统提供了科学依据,对提高城市的供水安全度,保证社会稳定和谐发展起到了积极的作用。

Quality Safety of Urban Drinking Water Supply and Its Countermeasure——Taking Laoshan District as a Case

This paper analyzed four factors of the quality deterioration of urban water supply such as water pollution,drinking water treatment,secondary pollution and the imperfection of water supply system,taking Laoshan District as a Case.Then we gave suggestions about the policies and measures for safeguarding of the water supply according to these problems.At the same time,we established warning information system and set up emergency response-arranged planning which enhanced the safety of urban drinking water supply.Meanwhile,this work provided scientific support to solving problems of the security of urban drinking water supply in different districts and cities and improving the urban water supply system which made great contribution to the stabilization and harmonious of the society.
