粪便堆肥化优势菌株初步筛选

摘    要:在粪便模拟堆肥的不同阶段共分离出156株菌种,从脱臭效果,生物活性(耗氧速率),有机物降解率(CODcr去除率)等三方面筛选到7株能快速脱臭,高效降解的优势菌种。经在零肥过程中采样分析,得到随着堆肥时间的延长,细菌逐渐减少,放线菌逐渐增多,霉菌和醇母菌在堆肥的末期显著减少的结论。

Abstract:bacteria species are separatad from the different stagos of manure composting model,Frem the deodoring effect,biological actirity(oxyen consumption rate),and organic material degradation rate(CODcr removal rate)etc.7 prior bacteria species are obtained from screening with guick deodoration and high efficient degradation. Through sample analysis of manare composting process,the conclusion obtained is that with prolongation of time,bacteria decrease with increase of actinomyces, and mould and saccharomycete decrease significantly at the last stage of manure composting.
