腐蚀条件下起落架机轮半轴疲劳寿命研究

摘    要:通过某型飞机起落架机轮半轴模拟件在加速试验环境谱下预腐蚀不同时间后进行的载荷谱疲劳试验.获得了地面停放腐蚀影响系数随地面停放年限的变化曲线(即C-T曲线)。针对构成空中局部环境谱的各主要环境因素作用下的载荷谱疲劳寿命试验,研究了各单一介质对疲劳寿命的影响,并按百分比加权组合的方法获得了空中腐蚀疲劳影响系数K。

Abstract:Accelerated corrosion tests of specimens simulated the semi-axis in wheel of landing gear of a certain type aircraft were carried out for different times according to different years of the plan on grounding,before fatigue tests were carried out under load spectrum.By analysis of test data,the curve of grounding corrosion influence factor(C) versus grounding years(T) was obtained.On the basis of load spectrum fatigue test of simulator specimens in various mediums that composed sky part environmental spectrum,sky corrosion fatigue influencing factor(K) was determined by the percent weighted composite method.
