| 摘 要： | 国外安全领域的新理论、新技术随着企业发展的需要开始进入国内企业，健康安全环保管理体系（Health Safety ＆ Environment Management System，简称HSE管理体系）也开始成为国内企业安全管理的重要组成部分。回顾我国企业HSE管理体系的发展历程，认识我国企业在实施HSE管理体系中所存在的问题和不足，并对此提出解决方法，实现企业HSE管理的持续改进。具有十分重要的实用价值。

| Abstract: | New theories and technologies of the safety science have been brought into Chinese enterprises with the need of their development, and the HSE management system has become an important safety management system in China. It is very useful for us to review the HSE management system development course in our enterprises, study the problems facing the enterprise in its execution of the HSE management system, and then carry out the right solutions so as to continually imporve the HSE management system in the enterprise. |
