| 摘 要： | 针对原有两电弧炉烟气净化系统存在的问题,采用折叠式集气罩、简易通风槽与低压长袋脉冲袋式除尘器技术进行改造,经一段时间运行表明:系统运行可靠,烟尘治理效果良好,岗位粉尘浓度、烟尘排放浓度均达到国家规定的标准。

| Abstract: | In accordance with present problems of flue gas purifying system for two electric arc furnaces, folding gas-collecting hood, simple ventilated groove and low pressure long pulse bag filter were used to reform the former cleaning system. The operation of a period of time shows that new flue gas treatment system can work reliably and has a good effective dust removal. The concentration of the dust in the post and the discharge concentration can be up to the national discharge standard. |
