气浮-A/O-SBR法处理肉类集中加工综合废水

南方某城镇集中了较大规模的肉类农产品加工企业。这些企业排放废水量大,有机物浓度高。该城镇采用经企业预处理后集中处理方式,以降低运行成本。采用A/O-SBR的二级强化生物处理工艺,经近2年的运行表明:COD、BOD、动植物油类及悬浮物的去除率高,出水达到GB13457-92《肉类加工工业污染物排放标准》,为当地肉类联合加工企业废水治理解决了一大难题。

TREATMENT OF MEAT PROCESSING WASTEWATER USING AIR FLOTATION-A/O-SBR PROCESS

Larger enterprises of meat processing and agricultural products are concentrated in a southern town, whose wastewater is large in quantity with high concentration of organic matters. Concentrate treatment ways are used to do pretreatment to reduce operating costs. The enhanced secondary biotreatment of A/O-SBR is then used. Nearly two years of operation show that the removal rates of COD, BOD, animal oil and suspended solids are high. The effluent can meet GB13457-92 "The Industrial Pollutant Discharge Standards for Meat Processing".
