| Abstract: | In this project,the ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis process was used in advanced treatment of comprehensive sewage from an iron and steel plant,which had been treated by coagulation-sedimentation process,in order to make demineralized water.The design capacity of the process was 1 000 m3 /h and the desalt rate of 95% was selectd for the effluent.After treatment,total hardness decreased from 490 mg /L to 3 mg /L,conductivity decreased from 1 350 μS /cm to 70 μS /cm.The demineralized water was used for blast furnace,converter,heating furnace,etc. |
