摘    要:研究了伞罩型脱硫除尘塔湿法同时脱硫、脱硝的性能。以NaClO2溶液为吸收剂,研究了吸收剂的初始浓度、液气比、模拟烟气入口气速、反应时间等对SO2和NO脱除效率的影响,并对比分析了实验结果。实验结果表明:吸收剂的初始浓度、液气比、模拟烟气入口气速以及反应时间对脱除效率均有很大的影响;溶液的初始pH值的升高能够提高脱硫效率,但会降低脱硝效率。在最佳实验条件下,脱硫和脱硝的效率分别为81.35%和67.07%。

Abstract:The simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification effects of an dedusting and desulphurization tower with umbrella plates(DDTUP) were researched in this study.Various factors which could influence the removal efficiency,such as the initial concentration of NaClO2,the ratio of liquid to gas,the gas speed at the entrance and the reaction time,were analyzed and compared in this research by using the solution of NaClO2.The experimental results showed that the experimental factors could greatly influence the removal efficiency of SO2 and NO.The removal efficiency of SO2 was increased with the increasing of the initial pH value,while that of NO was decreasing.Under the best experimental condition,the efficiency of desulfurization and denitrification were 81.35% and 67.07%,respectively.
