摘    要:分析了飞灰的性质,利用飞灰、黄陶土、缸砂及文石研制陶瓷砖,并进行正交配比试验。结果表明:飞灰主要矿物成分是硅酸盐及铝硅酸盐,可用作陶瓷砖的原材料;飞灰的掺加量对陶瓷砖表观质量起决定性影响,最佳配比方案为飞灰25%,黄陶土55%,缸砂10%,文石10%;最佳配比制品浸出毒性均达标。

Abstract:Based on analysis of characteristics, MSWI fly ash, yellow ceramic clay, gang sand, and aragonite were used to make ceramic brick. Besides, an orthogonal test was performed to determine the optimum mixture ratio for production of ceramic brick. It is found that main mineralogical components of fly ash are silicates and alumino-silicates, and thus it can be used as a raw material of ceramic brick. Fly ash is found to play a key role in influencing appearance quality of ceramic brick, and the optimum mixture ratio of materials is, fly ash: 25%, yellow ceramic clay: 55%, gang sand: 10%, aragonite: 10%. Ceramic bricks made based on the optimum mixture ratio meet requirements of leaching toxicity.
