| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛港通过对煤场区域煤尘的监测，评估港口各煤炭公司的煤尘污染现状，考核各公司煤尘控制效果，较好地解决了在无组织排放源的定量管理问题，使环境监测与环境管理有机结合起来，提高管理的科学性，使港区大气环境质量不断得到改善。

| Abstract: | By monitoring the regional yard's dust of Qinhuangdao Port,the actual pollution conditions of every coal stevedoring company are assessed and the coal dust controlling effect is checked.And the quantity management problem of the non organizational emission source is colved.It combines environment monitoring with environment mana gement,enhances the science of management and improves the regional ambient air quality. |
