摘    要:为了更有效地修复被石油污染的土壤,以低残油土壤为菌源,原油为唯一碳源,经反复驯化筛选后得到降解石油的高效菌,初步鉴定其为动胶菌属(Zoogloeasp.)。并对该菌种的营养平衡条件进行了初探。试验筛选出优势氮源为NH4NO3,氮磷比应控制在4∶1左右。

Abstract:In order to restore the soil contaminated by petroleum more effectively,a strain of highly efficient petroleum degrading bacteria,which has been differentiated as Zoogloea sp.,was enriched and isolated from the contaminated soil by using the oil as the only source of carbon.Whose nutrient balance conditions were studied initially.The experimental results indicated that ammonium nitrate(NH_4NO_3) was the predominant nitrogen source and the nutrient balance between N and P ratio for this strain kept at N∶P=4∶1.
