| 摘 要： | 针对企业事故灾害预防控制的保险应急手段不健全现状,阐述了安全经济管理、风险管理、保险三者的区别与关系以及保险对企业事故灾害预防的作用。根据企业事故灾害预防控制、风险控制和发展与保险防灾的相关性、企业安全事故经济损失的社会保险补偿及其损失的商业保险补偿等问题,对与企业事故灾害预防控制相关的保险问题进行研究,以在企业事故灾害预防控制过程中,管理人员能高度认识保险的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Aiming at the imperfect insurance emergency means for enterprise disaster prevention and control, this paper firstly elaborates the differentiation and relationships among safety economic management, risk management and insurance. Then, the function of insurance on enterprise accident prevention is expounded. According to the correlation among enterprise accident prevention, risk control and insurance disaster prevention, and the social insurance compensation and commercial insurance compensation for enterprise' s accident economic loss, insurance problems related to the accident prevention and control of enterprise are studied, which aims to improve managers' awareness of insurance's function on enterprise accident prevention and control. |
