摘    要:在硫酸介质中 ,碘化物对亚硝酸氧化硫氰酸盐的反应具有显著的催化作用 ,使硫氰化铁络合物的生成量减少 ,导致溶液颜色变浅 ,据此测定微量碘化物的含量。方法的测定范围为 0~ 0 3μg/2 5mL ,检出限为 0 0 1μg/2 5mL ,用于测定天然水中微量碘化物 ,获得了满意的结果

Abstract:The oxidation of thiocyanate by nitrous acid can be catalyzed by Iodide in sulfuric acid medium.The concentration of ferric thiocyanate complex is reduced so that its color shallowed.Based on this,a catalytic photometric method for the determination of trace iodide has been established.The measure range of the method is 0~0 3μg/25mL.The limit of detection is 0.01μg/25mL.The method has been used for the determination of iodide in native water and the results are satisfactory.
