| 摘 要： | 本文通过大量的实例介绍了国内外生物技术,特别是基因工程的进展。继而从伦理道德、对人类的健康和环境的影响等方面阐述了生物技术对人类生存安全可能带来的威胁。最后就生物安全的立法等问题提出了建设性意见。

| Abstract: | The progress of biotechnology, especially of gene engineering at home and abroad is introduced with plenty of practical examples in this paper. And the potential threats of biotechnology to the security of human beings are expounded from the following aspects:ethics,the damages to the health of people and to the environment,and so on. Finally,some constructive suggestions on the legislation of biosafety are proposed. |
