2004年3-6月国内安全事故统计分析

统计了2004年3-6月国内发生的各种安全事故1 084起,包括矿业事故、交通事故、爆炸事故、火灾、毒物泄露和中毒及其他事故.统计表明,在这些事故中,矿业事故最多,占65.0%,平均每天5.9起事故,其次是交通事故(23.2%)、其他事故(4.4%)、爆炸事故(4.1%)、毒物泄露和中毒(1.8%)、火灾(1.5%).1 084起事故共死亡2 688人,伤2 629人,死亡人数的百分比分别为矿业事故43.4%、交通事故39.0%、其他事故7.0%、爆炸事故6.4%、火灾2.3%、泄露中毒2.0%; 受伤人数的百分比分别为交通事故50.9%、泄露中毒21.2%、矿业事故14.8%、爆炸事故6.0%、其他事故4.7%、火灾2.4%.

Statistics of industrial accidents in China during the reriod from March to June in 2004

The present paper reports the statistical data and analysis of industrial accidents in China during the period from March to June in 2004. There are 1 084 accidents in total, which can be summarized and classified into six categories: mining industry, traffic, explosion, leakage and poisoning, fire, and the others. Of all the 1 084 accidents, the percentages of the six categories can be illustrated according to their frequency order 65.0%, 23.2%, 4.1%, 1.8%, 1.5%, and 4.4% respectively. The total casualty is 2 688 and the percentages for the six categories are 43.4%, 39.0%, 6.4%, 2.0%, 2.3%, and 7.0% respectively. The number of the wounded is 2 629 and the percentages for the six categories are 14.8%, 50.9%, 6.0%, 21.2%, 2.4%, and 4.7% respectively. The analyses of the statistics show that the top ten provinces and cities with the highest accident number are: Sichuan(198 accidents), Hunan(109), Chongqing(93), Shaanxi(59), Guangdong(56), Anhui(53), Guizhou(47), Fujian(45), Hebei(45) and Jilin(42). The top ten provinces and cities with the largest casualty number are: Sichuan(306 dead), Guizhou(192), Hunan(185), Chongqing(180), Shanxi(175), Guangdong(165), Henan(148), Shaanxi(139), Anhui(121) and Fujian(115). And the top ten provinces and cities with the biggest wounded number are: Fujian(331 wounded), Jiangxi(301), Sichuan(225), Chongqing(192), Guizhou(190), Guangdong(163), Hebei(156), Henan(124), Yunnan(90) and Anhui(86).
