摘    要:以甘蔗渣、玉米芯、稻草、稻壳、花生壳、木屑6种农业废物作为反硝化碳源和生物膜载体的备选材料,通过各物质浸出物质元素分析、含碳量以及脱氮效果、生物附着性能等方面的比较,意在优选出适于推广的反硝化固体碳源.结果表明,6种农业废物的浸出液中均未检测出铜、铅、铬及镉,安全性较好.甘蔗渣浸出液的有机碳含量和释放速率明显高于其他材料,木屑浸出液的有机碳含量则相对最低.其中,玉米芯、稻草及稻壳表现出较强的持续供碳能力.以稻草、稻壳和玉米芯为碳源和载体的实验组硝酸盐去除率均达80%以上,而木屑实验组由于碳释放量不足、生物附着性能较差等原因导致脱氮性能较差.试验初步优选出了玉米芯、稻草、稻壳可用做替代传统液体碳源的固体碳源.

Abstract:Agriculture wastes including bagasse,corncob,rice hull,rice straw peanut shell and sawdust were selected as potential carbon source for denitrification.Heavy metal element such as Cu,Pb,Cr,Cd,which negatively affect the metabolism of microorganisms,were not detected.Release amount of bagasse was the highest and sawdust was the lowest.Better continuous supply of carbon was found when corncob,rice hull and rice straw were used as carbon source.Higher than 80% nitrate removal efficiency was found when corncob,...
