摘    要:将取回的厌氧污泥进行培养、驯化,并用驯化好的厌氧污泥进行PCE的厌氧生物降解研究。实验选用甲醇、乳酸盐和醋酸盐作为电子供体,对PCE的降解进行研究。实验结果表明:PCE通过还原脱氯实现其降解,在本实验条件下PCE的降解均符合一级反应动力学。通过对反应速率常数(k)的比较发现,乳酸盐是最有效的电子供体。

Abstract:Anaerobic sludge obtained was cultivated and acclimated,and PCE biodegradation was studied by acclimated sludge.PCE degradation was carried out when methanol,lactate,and acetate were used as electron donors.Results show that PCE was degraded by reductive dechlorination.Results also indicate that PCE degradation met first-order kinetics during these experiments.Comparison results of reaction rate constants show that lactate was the most effective electron donor.
