| 摘 要： | 随着安全科学和林业信息化建设的逐步深入与发展,如何利用计算机手段更好地保护有限的森林资源成为人们研究的焦点.现代计算机网络和3S(GIS、RS、GPS)等技术的不断发展和应用的日趋广泛,使森林防火技术的研究手段和方法发生了深刻变化,建设一个基于B/S结构的WebGIS森林防火系统对保护人身安全,维护人民利益有着重要意义.

| Abstract: | With the development and gradual deepening of safety science and forestry information construction, how to use computer to better protect limited forest resources has become the focus of research. With constant development and increasingly wide application of modem networks and 3S technology, the research methods for forest-fire prevention have changed a lot. Therefore, the construction of a B/S-based WebGIS forest-fire prevention system has important significance in protecting personal safety and safeguarding the interests of the people. |
