| Abstract: | The connotation, purposes and significance in the strategic environmental assessment of urban master planning are summarized and emphasized. As an example, the effects of public participation for the SEA of Dali Urban Master Planning are described, it also provided several suggestions for how to improve the effectiveness of public participation in the discussion. |
