| 摘 要： | 鲁西北是我国最主要的产棉区,但棉花生长受雹灾影响频繁,致使棉花产量和质量下降,甚至局部绝产.本文对建立棉花雹灾损失监测信息系统的技术方法进行了探讨,包括棉花分布遥感调查、雹灾径迹雷达监测、数据库建立和棉花雹灾损失分析等,并给出了应用实例.

| Abstract: | Northwest Shandong Province is one of the majorest cotton belts of China.The outputof cotton in the region accounts for about 80% of that in Shandong Province and 25% in thecountry.But the disaster caused by hail occurs frequently.An average of 4.7 times a yeartakes place only in Dezhou District.The output of cotton that is hited by hail reduce serious-ly.In order to survey th amount and degree of lost cotton area by hail,the monitoring infor-mation system of hail disaster in the cotton field is set up preliminarily.At first this paper in-troduces aims of the system.The methods of surveying distribution of cotton with remotesensing and building space database are discussed.Loss of cotton caused by hailis analysed.A greater hail disaster happened on Jun.23,1990 is monitored by the system,and the dataof lost cotton is obtained. |
