羧甲基壳聚糖及复合絮凝剂对染料废水的脱色研究

摘    要:用羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCTS)复合聚合氯化铝(PAC)对分子量较小的活性染料模拟废水进行脱色处理,结果表明,引入PAC作为助凝剂的脱色效果优于单纯使用CMCTS。处理染料废水的最佳pH为5,CMCTS的投加量为90mg/L,PAC的投加量为2.5mg/L,此优化条件下,染料废水的脱色率可达93.4%,COD去除率达88.5%。

Abstract:The application of composition flocculants of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCTS) and polyaluminum chloride(PAC) to the decolorization of dyeing wastewater,while the dye is a reactive dye with small molecular weight.The results showed that using PAC as coagulant could result in a high decolorization efficiency comparing with that using CMCTS alone.Under the optimal conditions of pH 5,90mg/L for CMCTS and 2.5mg/L for PAC,the rate of decolorization could achieve 93.4% and removal of COD 88.5%.
