| 摘 要： | 危险废物因具有毒性、易燃性、腐蚀性和反应性等多种危害特性,如果暴露于环境中将会对人类健康和生态环境造成很大威胁。简要介绍了危险废物的概念、种类和我国的相关法规,针对我国目前危险废物的产生和管理现状,结合国外先进的危险废物管理方法和处理技术,从管理、执法、应急预案、培训服务、危险化学品的管理等出发,提出了加强上海市危险废物管理的对策和建议,为我国危险废物的科学管理和处理,完善中国的危险废物管理体系提供参考。

| Abstract: | Uncontrolled release of hazardous wastes presents a severe threat to human health and ecological environment.Based on the introduction of conception,class and law,the present situation of hazardous waste disposal in china are analyzed.On the sides of legislation,supervisor,accident prevent,training service and management of hazardous wastes,provides a valuable suggestion on reinforcement hazardous waste management in Shanghai and china and establishing the Chinese national hazardous waste classification and management system. |
