| 摘 要： | 运用ISO1 4 0 0 0环境管理体系的指导思想和管理方法研究了建立绿色政策运行机制的方法 ,提出了绿色政策的运行 5个阶段 :政策制定的前期工作、绿色政策体系的设计、绿色政策的实施、监督系统和政策生命周期终结 ,并分析了每个阶段的工作方法。

| Abstract: | The method for operating mechanism of green policy was described with theory of ISO14000 environmental management system. Five operating stages for green policy such as beginning, design, implementing, supervision and end of life cycle were presented and working method of each stage was analyzed as well. |
