Development of Low Carbon Economy and Suggestions in Shenzhen

Under the background of the global climate change, the development of low carbon economy has been paid attention so much. This article first introduces the concept of low carbon economy, then describes the current situation of Shenzhen low carbon economy development in the following directions： the relative policy, the current situation of energy saving,new and renewable energy utilization, the clean development mechanism project and the gap between Shenzhen and overseas low carbon city. At last, this article puts forward some suggestions on low carbon development in Shenzhen.
