以广州市为例论如何加强水环境预警监测

随着经济的高速发展和人民生活水平的提高，工业废水和生活污水的排放量越来越大，水环境所面临的压力也越来越严峻，这已成为制约中国经济发展的主要因素之一。因此，如何做好水环境的预警工作将是未来中国的工作重点。本文以广州市水环境预警监测体系为例，指出广州市目前水环境预警监测体系构建的难点和不足，提出建设意见，以期对其他区域水环境预警监测体系的研究起抛砖引玉的作用。

How to Strengthen the Warning Monitoring of Water Environment in Guangzhou

With the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people＇s living conditions, the discharge of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are increasing rapidly, which has become one of the main factors to limit the economic development of China. Therefore, early warning of water environment will be emphasis in future work in China. In this paper, as an example, the di~culties, inadequate points and corresponding constructive suggestions concerning the water environment monitoring and warning system in Guangzhou are pointed out so as to advice to other regions else in this respect.
