石棉县森林资源地理信息系统的建立

地理信息系统是管理和分析空间数据的科学技术，以GIS技术为核心，结合RS和GPS技术建立完整的县级林业管理信息系统，是林业管理工作的必然要求。在实地调研、资料收集的基础上，以GIS技术为核心，构建了石棉县林业管理信息系统。系统地介绍了石棉县森林地理信息系统的构架、数据库建设的具体步骤与方法、系统的功能和实现，以及对基础地理信息系统的应用等问题，为今后林业管理信息系统数据库的建设提供参考依据。

Setting-up of Forest's Foundation Geographical Information System of Shimian County

The geographical information system was the science and technology of managing and analysing the space data,introducing 3S technologies to the forestry department of our country.With technologies of RS and GPS,the county-level forestry management information system was established based on GIS,which was inevitable requirement of forestry management.Therefore,the authors founded the forestry management information system of Shimian County,based on investigation on the spot and collecting materials,and regarded setting up the road's foundation geographical information system of the foundation of Shimian County,the application of the geographical information system of the foundation,etc.It offered reference for the database construction of the forestry management information system in the future.
