| Abstract: | To improve the ecological environment, environmental infrastruction is in need, and finance is the key problem. In this paper disussion on how to raise finance multifully and how to operate it were presented. The goverment should change the investment manner, give the enterprise to engage in environmental protection more favourable, and let the enterprise turn to be the master of the market. |
