造修船中爆炸事故的控制技术探讨

船舶行业中,造修船不仅是集资金、技术、劳动力的密集性行业,同时又是我们国家目前较高危险的行业之一,各类事故经常发生。特别是生产过程中的火灾与爆炸事故,往往带来的是不可预计的后果,事故性质都非常恶劣。经过调查研究发现,18～30岁阶段的年轻人是事故发生的高发人群,生产组织单位就这一问题展开应对,从而达到以人为本,安全生产的方针。火灾爆炸事故的发生不仅会给企业和职工带来了严重危害,给国家和人民的生命财产造成损失,同时又在社会上产生相当大的负面影响,因此本文对造修船过程中的火灾与爆炸作了分析,了解火灾爆炸事故的原理,掌握事故发生的规律,企业如何在技术上和管理上发挥其应有的职责,就如何控制与减少造修船中的火灾爆炸事故的发生,提高应对措施。

Control and reduction of fire and explosion accidents in ship building and repairing

In shipping industry,the ship building and repairing is not only an intensive industry of capital,technology and labor,but also one of the dangerous industries in our country.Various types of accidents occurred frequently,especially the fire and explosion accidents,which brought unpredictable consequences and the property of accident was quite bad.By investigation and analysis,it was found that the young people of 18～30 years old is the high risk group of accident,and the enterprise should conduct countermeasures of this problem to achieve the policy ＂people-oriented,safety production＂.In this paper the fire and explosion accidents in ship building and repairing process were analyzed to grasp the principle and law of the accidents.It is helpful for enterprise to play its due role on technology and management and to improve countermeasures on control and reduction of fire and explosion accidents in ship building and repairing process.
