甲醇中十氯酮溶液标准样品不确定度评定

摘    要:介绍了甲醇中十氯酮溶液标准样品的研制过程,该标准样品采用称量法制备,用气相色谱质谱法进行均匀性检验和稳定性检测,对不确定度来源进行了全面评估,并与国际同类标准样品进行了量值比对分析。结果表明:该溶液标准样品均匀性良好,在18个月内质量稳定,与国外同类标准样品具有量值一致性,可用于环境监测和科学研究工作。

Abstract:The preparation process of certified reference material of kepone in methanol was described. The homogeneity and stability analysis of the raw material of kepone was conducted by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The uncertainties caused in the whole producing processes of the reference material were analyzed and evaluated, with comparison of measurement quantity with similar reference materials in foreign countries. The results showed that the certified reference materials are of homogeneity compared with foreign ones, stable for 18 months, and can be used in the environmental monitoring.
