摘    要:大肠杆菌作为水质卫生学指标,在环境水质监测中起着非常重要的指示作用.近年来为了克服大肠杆菌常规监测方法的不足,基于现代生物技术原理展开的环境中大肠杆菌的快速检测技术是国内外的研究热点.本文对环境介质大肠杆菌的分子生物学监测方法、免疫学检测方法等的原理及其在环境领域中的应用进行了综述和分析,并在此基础上对大肠杆菌的仪器化发展进行了展望.指出以现代生物技术为核心的并结合现代仪器技术的大肠杆菌快速检测技术将具有良好的应用前景,大肠杆菌的快速检测技术应向操作简单、快速、高灵敏度以及低成本方向发展.

Abstract:This paper aims to introduce the authors' analysis and summarization of the research advances and the development trends of the various quick biological detection technologies, as well as principles and applications of molecular bio-technology and immunoassay. As is known, E.coli is a sanitary index for water purification, which plays an important role in water quality monitoring. However, traditional methods for monitoring E.coli still have some disadvantages, such as time-consuming, intricate procedures, and so on. To overcome such disadvantages, quick biological detection technology of E.coli, based on the principle of modern bio-technology, has been worked out promptly. So far, this bio-technical advance has become one of the highlights promoting the research work all over the world in the field. The present paper has also described the development trend of this technology. The paper's analysis and summary shows that the detection technology of E.coli, as a core of modern biological detection technology and the combination of modern instrumentation technologies, is promising with brilliant application prospect. This paper also indicates that the quick detection technology should be turned into a better technology with easier operation and simpler procedure, with higher sensitivity but lower cost.
