摘    要:烧结余热回收是实现节能减排的有效途径之一。根据烧结工序的特点和余热品位,提出了环冷机余热梯级利用、热电联产的优化用能方案,并在环冷机余热的低温段用废气源热泵来提高烟气温度,并对这部分热量回收利用,从而提高烧结余热的回收利用量。

Abstract:Sintering heat recovery is one of the effective ways to achieve energy saving.Based on the sintering characteristics and the waste heat grade of the sintering process,a scheme is put forward,in which the central cooler waste heat cascade utilization and combined heat and power generation is designed,the air source heat pump is used to increase the gas temperature at the low-temperature part of the central cooler and this part of heat is recycled,so the amount of sintering heat can be raised.
