化工园区对周围居民造成危害的风险控制研究

为客观地分析化工园区对其内部及周围居民带来的风险情况,改善化工园区与居民之间的不和谐状况,介绍了目前我国化工园区发展及分布的现状,针对区域风险控制理论研究比较缺乏的情况,分析了化工园区目前存在的主要问题。化工园区在建设施工及正常生产过程中,会给周围居民带来一定程度的风险,通过对风险因素的辨识及周围居民对风险感知情况的研究,提出了化工园区在园区层面应该采取减少对周围居民危害的相关控制措施。

Study on Risk Control for Damages From Chemical Parks to Surrounding Residents

To scientifically evaluate the risk situation of surrounding residents by chemical parks and promote the harmony between chemical parks and the residents,this paper introduces the development and distribution of chemical parks in China in recent years and analyzes some main problems existed in chemical parks at present based on lack of regional risk control research.In the construction and normal production process,chemical park can result in great health loss to surrounding residents.By analyzing the identification of risk factors and risk perception of the surrounding residents,it is suggested that control measures to reduce the damage to surrounding residents at the chemical park level should be adopted.
