| Abstract: | This paper has systematically summarized the evolution of safety philosophy from the founding of New China in 1949,from safety production to safety economy,safety development and to safety politics,finding out that safety politics is the highest type of safety philosophy,and also analyzed the guarantee system of safety politics. |
