| 摘 要： | 随着我国工业和经济的发展,危险化学品的需求量越来越大,危险化学品的道路运输也越来越频繁,由危险化学品道路运输而引发的事故也越来越多。为此,必须基于我国危险化学品道路运输的现状,借鉴发达国家在危险化学品道路运输方面较成熟的经验,提出符合我国国情的危险化学品道路运输安全管理的对策,以达到减少危险化学品道路运输事故发生的目的,最大限度地降低由危险化学品道路运输事故引起的生命财产的损失。

| Abstract: | With the arrival of the era of chemical industry,the transportation of dangerous chemicals is thriving,but because of late beginning of development and many existing problems,a large number of accidents occur in transport of dangerous chemicals.The author analyzes on reasons for those accidents,including low quality of practices,terrible vehicles and facilities,management defects,poor road traffic conditions and bad natural conditions,the author also propose corresponding development countermeasures to effectively reduce or even avoid the accidents. |
