摘    要:对赫章县铅锌矿石、冶炼矿渣、煤、煤渣中汞含量进行了测定.结果表明,矿石中汞含量与锌含量存在显的正相关关系.基于上述测定结果并运用质量平衡法则,计算出不同类型矿石原料在冶炼过程中向大气的释汞因子:硫化矿为每生产It的Zn向大气释放155g的Hg;氧化矿为每生产It的Zn向大气释放79g的Hg.结合上述释放因子,对赫章土法炼锌过程中汞释放量进行了估算。

Abstract:Artisanal zinc smelters using indigenous method have exited in Hezhang county, Guizhou province for more than one hundred years. However, the systemic and large-scale smelting works have lasted less than thirty years since the 80-90th last century. Most of mercury will emit to the atmosphere in the process of smelting according to the property of mercury. The concentration of mercury in ore, scoria, coal and slag were determined, the results showed the highly significant positive correlation coefficient between concentrations of mercury and zinc. Then, using mass balance, the mercury emission factor of sulfide ore and oxide ore were 155 gram mercury per ton zinc and 79 gram mercury per ton zinc through calculating respectively in the process of zinc smelting. The emission amount of mercury in the smelting process could be estimated. And the further study on environmental hazards of mercury to the local environment is called for.
