植物叶片超氧化物歧化酶与二氧化硫大气污染关系的研究

摘    要:本文报道了在自然条件下,二氧化硫污染区与对照区四种抗污染性较强的植物叶片中,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化情况,结果表明,污染环境中,有一半实验材料的SOD活性低于对照;讨论了影响SOD活性的因素。

Abstract:The present paper deals with the activity changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in leaves of 4 species of trees more resistant to sulphur dixide pollution, determined in polluted and control areas. It has been found that the activity changes of SOD in a half of the samples was lower in the polluted area than in the control area. The factors that result in the activity changes of SOD have been discussed.
