我国农村室内空气污染干预状况综述

概述了1994-2006年国内外对我国农村室内空气污染干预的研究成果,从中总结了改炉改灶、健康教育与行为干预、开发和使用清洁能源、社会动员等4项干预措施.其中,使用改良炉灶和清洁能源可直接而有效地改善室内空气质量; 健康教育、行为干预与社会动员通过帮助人们改变不良的生活方式达到改善室内空气质量的目的,这些措施在我国农村室内空气污染干预中取得了很好的效果.建议结合我国各地实际,采用综合干预措施控制农村室内空气污染.

The status quo of the indoor air pollution intervention measures in rural China

The present paper is inclined to study the status quo of the indoor air pollution (IAP) intervention measures in rural China from the articles published during the eight years from 1994 to 2006. Its purpose is to understand the current intervention situation of indoor air pollution and the feasibility of indoor air pollution control measures likely to be taken in these areas. As a result of our investigation, it becomes clear that the measures that have so far been taken are successful and to some extent help to improve family cooking conditions, healthy living standards and styles through health education and behavior intervention and available resources exploitation. In addition, clean and clear fuel adaptation and the improvement of local social conditions and material resources mobilization also contribute to the advancement of rural communities. All the above measures have been playing a very good role in improving the indoor air qualities and reducing the pollution degree of indoor air circulation. As is known, it is of direct and effective significance to improve cooking stoves and exploiting and adopting clear fuels. Health education and behavioral intervention and social mobilization will all help to improve human behaviors, particularly, those of the young, which is related to indoor air pollutants emission by helping people to change their unhealthy social habits and customs, thereby improving indoor air quality and promoting health. And, finally, controlling and management measures of indoor air pollution in rural China have been effective and gained considerable progress. Therefore, it is highly promising to take more integrated measures to control and reduce the indoor air pollution in rural areas of our country according to their actual situations.
