| 摘 要： | 本文在对我国城市生活垃圾问题的严重性及其危害的分析的基础上,详细分析了我国在城市生活垃圾污染防治上存在的法律法规不健全和政府管理薄弱的问题,并从法律角度对我国城市生活垃圾污染提出了防治对策。
