双温点立式炉烧结的PTCR元件环境适应性研究

摘    要:本文研究了立式炉生产的程控交换机过电流保护用PTCR元件的几项关键的环境适应性参数,并与箱式炉烧结试样做了对比。结果表明和该设备烧结的PTCR元件,阻温特性重复性好、高温存放后阻值变化小、耐电流和雷击冲击性稳定,安全可靠、寿命长、有良好的环境适应性。

Abstract:Compared with PTCR simples sintered by chamber furnace, several key environment adaptability parameters of PTCR components sintered by automatic progressive resistance furnace were studied. PTCR component is used in over- current protection of programmed exchanger. The result showing that PTCR sintered by double temperature range vertical furnace has a better R-T repeatability, smaller resistance change rate after high temperature storage, stability shockproof for current and lightning. It indicates safe reliability, long service time and good environment adaptability.
