机场周边受噪声污染影响区域的合理规划与设计研究

摘    要:机场周边是一个以机场为中心的噪声污染区,传统机场噪声污染区域的规划方法存在功能设计不合理,造成资源浪费的现象。提出机场周边受噪声污染影响区域的合理规划方法,对噪声污染区域进行资源等级划分,根据城市资源用地分类与资源规划标准,进行噪声污染影响区域整体资源设计;在不同污染等级区域内,依据资源功能及功能面积,进行职能资源分配,最大程度上平衡使用资源与功能资源的矛盾。模拟仿真实验验证,规划的机场周边受噪声污染区域,具有较高的资源利用率,并能保持现有生态系统平衡。

Abstract:Vicinity of airport is a noise pollution area. The planning method of the traditional airport noise pollution area is not reasonable,resulting in waste of resources. The reasonable planning method for airport peripheral area affected by noise pollu-tion is put forward method to divide resource hierarchy for noise pollution areas, according to the classification of city resources and the resources planning standards,noise pollution affect overall regional resource design;In different levels of pollution levels, the allocation of functional resources according to the function of resources and functional area,the contradiction between resource utilization and function resources is balanced to a maximum extent. Simulation experiment verifies that the planned design of air-port is surrounded by noise pollution area,which has high resource utilization and can maintain the balance of existing ecosystem
