工程管理对施工环境污染防治的作用分析研究

工业施工在提升现代化建设水平的同时,带来了极为严重的环境污染。为解决此问题,从根本上提高中国环境质量,从工程管理的角度,分析施工环境污染防治的作用。将工程管理对施工环境的污染,分成噪音污染、粉尘污染、水污染及垃圾污染三类;在保持两项影响因素不变的前提下,分析某一项因素,对环境污染防治的具体作用。根据分析结果,得出从工程管理角度,提升环境污染防治的方法。工程管理作为一种新型的约束手段,对提高施工环境污染防治水平,起到极强促进作用。

Effect of Engineering Management on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution in Construction

While industrial construction has raised the level of modern construction,it has brought very serious environmental pollution.In order to solve this problem, it's necessary to fundamentally improve the environmental quality of China and analyze the role of pollution prevention and control in the construction environment from the angle of engineering management.The engi-neering management of construction environment pollution is divided into three categories:noise pollution, dust pollution, water pollution and garbage pollution.Under the premise of keeping the two factors unchanged, the specific role of a factor in environ-mental pollution control is analyzed.According to the analysis results,the method of improving environmental pollution prevention and control is obtained from the point of view of engineering management.
