摘    要:阐述了中国招商引资的基本情况及存在的问题,提出了进行绿色招商的必要性.在绿色招商选择系统结构分析的基础上,提出了基于三层结构的绿色招商选择体系,并根据该体系构建了s工业园的绿色招商选择体系.

Abstract:A green investment recruitment program based on the concept of circular economy should be developed specifically for each situation to avoid most environmental and social problems resulting from heavy investment in factories that produce high volume, low value commodity goods and/or large quantities of air and water pollutants or solid wastes. The three-layer selection process of the Suzhou Industrial Park in Jiangsu province is presented. A welcome business has to meet the selection criteria at three stages: (1)the national and regional policies on economic development,(2)environmental and resources utilization standards, and (3)proactive approach to agency's recommendations on risk management, social responsibility, and transparent environmental information. A successful green investment recruitment program is an important factor for achieving sustainable industrial development.
